During 2016 I added a woodshop addition onto the studio space, and have spent the winter into 2017 putting new woodshop equipment to the test with a kitchen remodel in our home. This addition affords me a separate workspace for my woodworking projects without having to change my workspace over every time I want to transition from metal work to woodwork. It has allowed me to take on additional custom woodwork doing many unique custom jobs.

In the fall of 2014 we started construction on my new metal shop studio at our home in Baileys Harbor. This was the beginning of a dream that I have waited a long time for, and it is long overdue for me to have a work space that is big enough for me to build the size work that I do. Throughout the end of the year we worked hard and finished enough that I had space to work out of before the snow flew and during the winter. Some finish work this spring and summer, and some creative organization will finally give me the shop of my dreams. With luck in the next two years I will be adding an addition on so I will also have an onsite wood shop making my daily commute as easy as walking out the front door with a cup of coffee. And also making my turn around time on commission work for my clients even more efficient.
